New Edge Offers Credits and Rebates to Excite@Home customers
VANCOUVER, Wash. – (Dec. 4, 2001) – New Edge Networks, one of the country’s largest broadband DSL and enhanced data communications services provider for small and midsize cities, today announced it is offering credits and rebates to Excite@Home (OTCBB:ATHMQ.OB) customers who recently lost their high-speed cable Internet connections.
Stranded Excite@Home cable customers are eligible for instant installation credits and equipment mail-in rebates amounting to $500 for establishing DSL service powered by New Edge Networks. Under this promotion, total out of pocket cost for establishing standard DSL service is about $50. The offer is good on orders placed before Dec. 31, 2001 directly with New Edge Networks or participating local reseller partners.
New Edge Networks provides a broad array of DSL services in more than 360 small and midsize cities in 29 states west of the Appalachian Mountains, Florida and Georgia.
