New Edge Networks and WilTel Sign Network Deal
VANCOUVER, Wash. – (April 30, 2003) – New Edge Networks, a national broadband and data communications company, today announced it has reached an agreement to provide data communications services to WilTel Communications Group Inc. (NASDAQ: WTEL).
New Edge Networks, which has more than 600 central office locations with multi-services switches, will provide WilTel a strategic source for local frame relay and ATM services at competitive price points.

To support this agreement, New Edge Networks and WilTel will establish multiple broadband interconnection points around the United States to link their networks.
