VANCOUVER, Wash. (June 22, 2005) New Edge Networks has named Catherine Grace vice president of people for the national provider of private multi-location broadband networks used by businesses and carriers. The promotion is effective immediately.
Grace had been director of people for New Edge Networks since the company was formed in June 1999. She will continue overseeing all aspects of the companys human resource planning and strategy, including recruitment and training initiatives, benefits and compensation strategies, management development and benchmarking, and general corporate policies and procedures.

Grace reports to Dan Moffat, president and CEO of New Edge Networks. She is based in Vancouver, Wash.

Prior to joining New Edge Networks, Grace held various human resources generalist and managerial positions with high-tech and telecommunications companies. She earned a bachelors degree in communications from Arizona State University in 1992.
