Rebates

Please review the options below and select the rebate form for the services you ordered. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader application to view the forms. If you do not have Acrobat, get it here.

Option A:

I purchased multi-site network service (such as Network VPN, ATM over DSL, or Internet Access with MSA):

• If you purchased multi-site network service between January 1, 2007 and January 12, 2007, please download the January 1-12, 2007 Multi-Site Network Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must submit one form for each network location, and the rebate request for each location must be postmarked within 90 days of the Service Commencement Date for that location.
• If you purchased multi-site network service between Ocotber 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 please download the Q4 2006 Multi-Site Network Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must submit one form for each network location, and the rebate request for each location must be postmarked within 90 days of the Service Commencement Date for that location.
• If you purchased multi-site network service between July 1, 2006 and September 30, 2006 please download the Q3 2006 Multi-Site Network Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must submit one form for each network location, and the rebate request for each location must be postmarked within 90 days of the Service Commencement Date for that location.

Option B:

I purchased Internet Access service directly from New Edge Networks, or from a New Edge Networks Reseller, Agent, or Referral Partner.

• If you purchased Internet Access service between January 1, 2007 and January 12, 2007, please download the January 1-12, 2007 Internet Access Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by April 12, 2007.
• If you purchased Internet Access service between October 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, please download the Q4 2006 Internet Access Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by March 31, 2007.
• If you purchased Internet Access service between July 1, 2006 and September 30, 2006, please download the Q3 2006 Internet Access Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by December 31, 2006.

Option C:

I purchased DSL or T1 service from a New Edge Networks Wholesale ISP partner.

• If you purchased any eligible broadband service from a New Edge Networks Wholesale ISP partner between April 1, 2007 and April 30, 2007, please download the Q2 2007 ISP Customer Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by June 30, 2007.
• If you purchased any eligible broadband service from a New Edge Networks Wholesale ISP partner between January 1, 2007 and March 31, 2007, please download the Q1 2007 ISP Customer Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by June 30, 2007.
• If you purchased any eligible broadband service from a New Edge Networks Wholesale ISP partner between October 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, please download the Q4 2006 ISP Customer Rebate Form and follow the instructions on the form. You must postmark your rebate request by March 31, 2007.
